Pre-k expansion grant

We are excited about our new preschool classrooms with a certified teacher and teacher aide.

The Preschool Development Grants supports States to build or enhance a preschool program infrastructure that would enable the delivery of high-quality preschool services to children, and expand high-quality preschool programs in targeted communities that would serve as models for expanding preschool to all 4-year-olds from low- and moderate-income families.

Early Head Start

We are excited to partner with Boys Town Early Head Start, a family-focused child development program that offers education, health, parent involvement and social services for low income children and their families.

Head Start programs promote school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families. They engage parents in their children’s learning and help them in making progress toward their educational, literacy and employment goals. Significant emphasis is placed on the involvement of parents in the administration of local Head Start programs.
